The Bryansk kindergarten offers a scenario of the event: "The garbage must be separated in order to be used again!»

Every year more and more kindergartens begin to take an active part in the SPARE Project. In the Central Federal District, more than 20 kindergartens teach children energy and resource conservation, teach them to protect the climate, and prevent the creation of garbage. Preschool children have an idea that littering is bad, but they don't have an understanding of why and how littering can affect the cleanliness of the Earth and climate change.

Preschool age is the most valuable and important stage in the development of an individual's ecological culture. At this age, the child begins to distinguish himself from the environment, develops an emotional and value attitude to the world around him.

The problem of garbage and its disposal is known even to young children. Thus, there is a contradiction – children know that it is bad to trash, everyone wants to live in a clean village, city, country, and why it is bad to trash and how to make the world cleaner-they do not know. To help children understand non-child issues and try to solve the "garbage problem", the teaching staff of the kindergarten" Herringbone "MBOU" Gymnasium No. 1 of the Bryansk district "developed a scenario for a bright event:"Garbage must be divided to use again!". The holiday according to this scenario was tested in eight kindergartens of the Bryansk and Yaroslavl regions. This ready-made scenario can be used for events in rural and urban kindergartens, at natural science classes in primary schools, at environmental clubs for children aged 7-10 years, in summer camps in any region of Russia.

The script offers didactic materials for the event, provides relevant educational information and material for conducting experimental work with children, as well as development for the use of game activities on the topic of "garbage".

The script uses poems written by teachers of the kindergarten "Herringbone" of the MBOU "Gymnasium No. 1 of the Bryansk district" in co-authorship with the Belarusian partner in the SPARE program: an environmental scientist from Minsk - L. S. Chumakov.

For the participants of the holiday, the authors of the project together with the children made costumes from throwaway material and held a fashion show. You can see it in our photos.

By participating in such interesting educational activities, the child is aware of its indirect impact on the environment, on the preservation of the climate, and acquires skills in the rational use of natural resources. This increases the interest in the SPARE Program among children and their parents.
